The Antler is picked before the leaf bud has developed - this unique and extraordinary tea is made from the tender growing stem. The Silver Tip is the mature leaf bud, plucked just at the point before it would open to the spring flush- the first set of new leaves. And the White Peony is those three first open leaves - the first flush. None of the teas are processed in any way - just dried - so they retain the freshest, softest flavours.
